DWTT on Good Morning America!

We were so ecstatic and humbled to have been part of the launch of absolutely amazing and monumental movement. Luz DuBois was asked to represent the “survivor” community from Dancing With The Teachers and Jen and Amy were her advocates. It was a VERY cold morning, but all was worth it. On top of it all SU2C asked us to represent them INSIDE the GMA studio. Stand Up To Cancer launched a new fundraising campaign with Siemens Healthcare/Technology company  called “The Baton Pass.” Siemens has created a special relay baton that symbolizes the hope for survivorship embodied in everyone diagnosed with cancer, and the importance of investing in research. For every ‘pass’ of the baton, Siemens will donate $1 to Stand Up To Cancer — up to $1 million — to fund innovative cancer research. The baton will travel throughout the country, touching the hands of survivors, patients, advocates, doctors and healthcare providers, and others involved in the fight against this disease.

We think the final location will be the SU2C telecast in LA in September! Here is the link of us passing the Baton with Robin Roberts and Amy Rorbach from GMA Here’s the link to the segment: Stand Up To Cancer campaign with Siemens Healthcare called “The Baton Pass.” Siemens has created a special relay baton that symbolizes the hope for survivorship embodied in everyone diagnosed with cancer, and the importance of investing in research.
